Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy, please follow the below steps if returning an item:

  1. Contact us for an RMA number. Prior to any refund or replacement you must contact us for a RMA(Return Material Authorization) number.
  2. Return the item with RMA number. The item must be returned to us with the RMA number at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RMA# we will be unable process the claim.
  3. Upon receipt of the item a refund or replacement will be processed. All items are inspected after receipt.
  4. Refunds are on unused equipment, minus a 20 percent restocking fee.
  5. Buyer pays return shipping.

We offer a money back guarantee on the item and will reimburse after we receive the returned item.


This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified, or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Prospectors Choice reserves the right as final authority on whether the product(s) or part(s) should be refunded or replaced. Prospectors Choice makes no other warranty and no implied warranties, including any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose other than that of general con census. Prospectors Choice maximum liability here under is limited to the purchase price of the products. In no event shall Prospectors Choice be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product. In no event will Prospectors Choice be liable for personal injury due to use of this item.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.


Items ordered that business day before 2pm are processed that day, all orders received after 2pm are processed the next business day. Holidays and weekends are excluded from the Shipping days. Delivery can be delayed because of circumstances beyond our control. Buyers will receive email or phone call in 24 hours if there are any problems with their order. For faster service, please update your correct shipping address before sending payment.
